Tangled

A few weekends ago we had the pleasure of creating a "Tangled" themed birthday cake for a special little princess. The cake turned out wonderful, and when we heard the birthday girl ate the castle, we couldn't have been happier!

We made a vanilla cake with pink cream cheese frosting. The tower was quite an undertaking! It was huge and heavy! We made it out of rice krispie treats and cake, and then covered it in fondant.

40th Birthday Cake

Last week we were asked to create a small birthday cake for a 40th birthday. Our client was surprising his wife with the cake, so we knew it had to be special! The only request were a white cake, cream cheese frosting, and fondant detailing incorporating the number 40. 

We couldn't be happier with how the cake turned out! We decided to go with a classic white, grey, and pink color palette to keep it chic and classy, just like the birthday girl.

We also created coordinating cupcakes for this cake which would be beautiful on any dessert table. This design can be re-created in any color scheme!
